Here are the steps to take to create a sold marketing plan that generates sales!




1. PLAN A MARKETING MEETING EVERY THREE MONTHS

Make this a fun meeting. Have wine, champagne or something you love to drink and yummy snacks or appetizers. Invite everyone you work with or ask a creative friend that likes marketing and the world of beauty. Plan out the specials and theme for each month. Create a marketing plan three months in advance. This gives you time to consider seasons, trends, and holidays to be prepared for.


2. SEND OUT ONE EMAIL AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH

Create three emails within a 1-2 days after your marketing meeting. This takes around 1-2 hours. This is also a good time to prepare posts for your social media so you have content already prepared and ready to post. On the first day of the month send out your prepared email (Your clients will beginning to look out for this email and start asking about it 😊). And post the specials on your website for people to find (Everyone looks online for answers, be findable 24/7 😜).


3. CREATE A COUNTER CARD FOR YOUR TREATMENT ROOM

It is good to have a counter card listing your monthly specials somewhere visible in your space. Also, add an area for people who want to be added to your email list so they can be the first to know! (Your current customers are the best people to promote your services to, they have proven they like to pay you 🙌).
