Let’s talk Skincare for the body.
I have only recently (((I say past two years))) dedicated my attention to skincare for my body.
I have always applied SPF daily and the only tan I have ever had in may 20’s has been from a can. But more than that? Yeah, not much was happening…
And then I turned 30. And I started to notice I took my youth for granted, and I came to realization that I needed to be doing more, and give the rest of my body at least half the attention I was giving my face, neck and décolleté.
Here are my Top Tips to accomplish The Skin Of Your Dreams
(Obvious tips but I feel obligated to mention, apply a mineral spf daily and don’t tan)
1. Exfoliate your body 2x’s a week. This helps with cellular turn over (the best anti-aging you can do) evens texture, reduces acne, evens skin tone, preps skin for better product absorption and gives a LIT from within glow. The best and fastest way to do this is from an exfoliating glove. Two of my VERY best friends have created a glove that has emulated a LIT from within glow and it changes the game ya’ll.

2. Use a moisturizer full of antioxidants. Apply right after you get out of a shower when your skin is still damp. Skin absorbs product 10 times better when your skin is damp.

3. Find a body oil with a subtle shimmer. I HAVE FOUND THE HOLLY GRAIL body shimmer oil!!! After the top two tips, apply this shimmer, and you will have a LIT GLOW. I PROMISE.
